Dr. Neil Edward Kirshner, MD

Dr. Kirshner is an amazing and trustworthy pediatrician. I chose him during my pregnancy and was lucky enough for him to be on call the day my daughter was born, so he has literally taken care of her from birth. She is now 20 years old and I’m beyond thankful for his guidance. Thanks to his keen awareness of my daughter’s issues over the years, he noticed that she may have a rare genetic disorder and referred us to other specialists for confirmation. She was able to get a diagnosis that often takes most people well into their 40s to get all because he listened to my daughter and wasn’t dismissive of a child’s complaints. Because of this early diagnosis, she was able to go to college well prepared with proper accommodations for success. He is always understanding of my concerns and I have never once felt rushed by him. I refer everyone I can to him! He will never steer you wrong or suggest unnecessary medical procedures for your child, and he respects your right to do research before… making any decisions on your child’s care. I’m so sad that she is reaching the age where we will need to transfer her care to someone else.

We interviewed five different doctors before choosing Dr. Neil Kirshner for our first child little did we know we would end up having a 4lb preemie. Doc. is personable, friendly, and so understanding and explains everything. For being first time parents he makes us feel supported. He’s also extremely helpful in the fact that he tells us what to expect next and what we should do next to help with our child’s development. He’s always there to answer a question and his nurses are extremely caring. He took our 4 pound preemie to a thriving baby and we are so grateful.

Dr. Kirshner is the best. He doesn't treat patients he treats children with compassion and understanding. Trustworthy and Respectfully is how I would describe the care that is provided to each child. Thank you Dr. K you truly are the best.

He's the best children's doctor ever! We love him!

I will never come back to this place. I have always dreaded coming here in the past, but this past time that I came in it was too much. I have never been to such an unprofessional place. The front desk secretaries are so rude, and seem like they hate their job! It certainly does not feel like a place children go to when they are sick. It is a really insensitive environment, and I would think twice before bringing your children here. If could rate this medical facility no stars I would.
