Dr. Neil Rainer Malhotra, MD

In my opinion, he has a major attitude, wasted my time in providing me his pre-made opinion in a 4 minute office visit between calls. I waited 2 months to see him. He did at least apologize for the interruptions, but did not listen to me at all. He just came with his ego and decision. I wasted 2 months to hear his “pompous pioneering elevator speech” instead of scheduling with the President of Rothman Spine. So, his expert opinion was exercise and pain blocks, instead my surgery is now scheduled with Rothman in 25 days. Lesson learned, I would not recommend him.

Completely happy with the results of my sugery.After 3 1/2 years of pain, I am now pain free.I wish I had known of Dr Malhotra before my first spine surgery.Highly recommend him.

Dr. Neil is a great doc. My problem is very complex but he has taken the time to explain it to me to make sure I understand before he fixed it. He never moved on until I understood and sortof said we were a team and needed to be on the same page. He made me feel like we were working together to help me move forward. God bless him, he helped me get back to work. I thought the tingling and pins and needles would never go away...Gone!

Neurosurgery seems as ultra specialized as you get and I was amazed how Dr. Malhotra explained things that the three other doctors I saw for my problem could not. I chose him over other top rated docs Baltimore and NYC and could not be happier with my decision. I feel great and would send family to him and Penn
