Dr. Neil, is an awesome doctor. I am having problems with my neck. I was given a shot and sent to physical therapy. I see improvement on my neck and Dr. Neil does follow up appointment with me to see my progress. Everyone in his area are amazing and helpful.

I was referred to Dr. Manalaywala for pain management arising from lumbar spine injury. He is employed by the Kaiser Permanente HMO in Bakersfield, CA. Before visiting him, I explored his background and was impressed with his advanced training at the Pain Management department of the University of Washington. U of W has some world renowned departments, and "Dr. Neil's" training was extraordinary. He presents the "best of both worlds"--youth and cutting edge education tempered by years of advanced experience. Dr. Neil's "bedside manner" is supportive and he is willing to take time necessary to explore each patient and recommend options. I had both an office visit and a subsequent telephone conference to answer a series of questions I deemed important in making the recommended outpatient surgery. "Dr. Neil" has performed more than 10,000 procedures, and he has assembled a team of skillful and caring professionals. I recommend him without reservation.
