Dr. Neil Michael Martin, MD

I saw Dr Martin at express care. He was kind, thorough, and decisive.

Doctor said he would call pharmacy for one medication but in reality called in for another which I already had and which did not help. When I returned to office he would not even come out speaking thru nurse and refused to prescribe anything else. Very uncaring and unprofessional. Stay away if you can!

I had to go to Expresscare on a Monday morning. Dr. Martin spent a lot of time listening to me, examining me and suggesting the appropriate course of action. He ordered a battery of tests that impressed my doctor friends- he was so thorough. He diagnosed my ailment perfectly and I got better very soon. I cannot thank him enough for the quick diagnosis which saved me a whole lot of pain and suffering. He called me that afternoon and enquired how I felt and told me what to ask in my follow up with my own doctor and gave me clear instructions to follow until then. He had a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and confident and was able to instill the confidence in me that I will be better soon.

I have had previous good luck here at PMA Express. Not today. I had an outer ear infection. DR MARTIN placed a wick in my ear which fell out within an hour. Most concerning was that the instructions on medication bottle was incorrect. The Rx called for 1 capsule 3 times a day for 7 days. I received only 14 pills. The pharmacy said that is exactly how it was written to them and they could not make any changes. They suggested I call DR. MARTIN to see if it should be 2 pills a day for approx. 5 days, or should he have ordered 21 pills for 3 pills a day. Wake up people. I should have counted the pills before I left the pharmacy I guess?? Tough to put my faith in these folks this time around.

This walk in area is a nice walk in almost no wait, But this particular visit, doctor did not do ANY tests or even check the area i said had hurt so much. Visit lasted like 4 minutes. Absolutely no tests to make sure i was OK. I basically went in for nothing.

This Doctor treated my three year old daughter in the ER. He has no time for questions, and offers treatment options such as"I will give her an IV if you want her to have one", clearly suggesting "Mom" is the hypochondriac. He showed no concern for the need of the patient. He is also abrupt with the hospital staff.
