Outstanding office, staff and treatment

WOW in an understatement. First of all after almost 2 years, he made my eye finally not tear ( 3 hours and going ). I could cry from happiness. Dr. Nichols and his primary assistant Emma, were unbeliavable. Not only were they very competent, very professional but I also got to experience compassion from a fellow medical care professional. I had waited for this appointment for a month, and last night I found out that my insurance was switched and thus was out of network. Being a nurse, I was worried it would cost me a lot. I couldn’t believe my ears when Dr. Nichols said “ I just want to fix this for you, don’t worry about the money”. And he charged me for a fraction of what I should have paid. Emma was also kind to provide me alternative options for the low cost medication. Genesis in the front desk spent all morning with me trying to figure out my insurance. This office, I can say with confidence cares about their patients. Second time here, each visit excellent. Thank you Dr. Whigham
