Dr. Pugach is amazing! He is very thorough, patient centered, attentive. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pugach was the only doctor to get my migraines under control. I wish I had found him when I was much younger as I suffered with headaches since being a teenager. Dr. Pugach spends a lot of time one on one with his patients and is the only doctor I have had to personally call me and go over lab results. The office has always been very responsive with my Rx needs and emergency refills when I have been out of town for work. Best doctor I have been to.

I have heard great things about him but that he was in the Research side now. I was so thrilled to find that he had come back to seeing patients. He is good at helping me with my Migraines and I couldnt be happier with him.

Dr. Pugach is the only Dr. who has ever given me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him for anything I need, it doesn't matter if it Christmas day, dont hesatate to call me. He could very easily drop me as a pt since I am on workman's comp and they continuously wait to pay him his money, I have to have my atterney file an order with the Industrial Commision to order my case worker to pay him. But Dr. Pugach never complains!!!! He is the best Dr. I have ever had dealings with, and I am an Emergency Medical Tech so I deal with a lot of Dr.'s. I Love Dr. Pugach!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Pugach really is a caring doctor and you can feel that he is not just "in it for your money!" He will take as much time as needed with you and always call you back. He is very open-minded for an MD and is willing to listen to your ideas. My only complaint is that he is very laid back and sometimes not agressive enough in difficult chronic migraine situations. You also have to go in their ready to ask questions and even suggest treatments (if you have been around the block with treatments - beyond the basics) because he is not a big talker However, if his expertise runs dry, he will refer you to someone else he thinks can help. Dr. Pugach has also saved me from many ER visits by having an emergency cell phone at all times! He is a non-threatening guy who is great at listening!

Dr. Pugach is the first doctor who actually took my headaches seriously. He is very concerned about my problems and often asks if I'd like to try something new. He also checks around to find out how much prescriptions usually cost in order to help me save money. Whenever I call him, if he can't come to the phone, he ALWAYS returns my calls. How unusual is that in our world today? He's told me time and time again (if possible) to give him a call BEFORE going to the ER. He knows my history and will treat me accordingly. I am not just a dollar sign to him. I am somebody who has a legitimate complaint, and he has the compassion necessary to treat my migraines. I recommend him all the time to every one who says they have headaches and can't find help.

Dr. Pugach is one of those doctors that you hardly encounter any more. Not only is he an expert about headaches, he is very interested and genuinely cares about each patient. He will see you for as long as it takes to understand your problem and makes sure you understand what the plans are. If one treat doesn't work, he will work with you till you find a solution. He has a small, homey office in a one doctor practice. I actually love going to see him! He has helped me a great deal with my headaches.
