Dr. Neil Charles Raff, MD

I wish I knew when I booked appointments with Dr. Raff that he has a history of disciplinary action. He was on probation for one year when he was disciplined by the Connecticut State Division of Medical Quality Assurance for incompetent or negligent conduct (which he did not contest). Perhaps that is why he moved to NY to practice? This is all a matter of record if you look it up online (OPMC). In my case, an awful lot of money spent and got nothing for it! In interest of full and honest disclosure, I was not the patient, a family member was and I paid the bills.

Dr. Raff is an intelligent, thoughtful, and caring doctor, who really knows what he is doing. He practices both conventional medicine and, his practice is heavy on holostic or drug free therapies. If you have a long enduring illness, go to him, if he can't solve your problems, he will certainly lead you the best possible of all solutions. Medicine has become a deluge of drug therapies, all chemicals which often have devastating side effects. There are better ways for handling many medical issues, try Dr. Raff, he is ahead of his time. This is the future of good medicine.

I almost gave up and wanted to go for dreaded surgery with all that recovery and side effects without know if the surgery would even help me.
