Dr. Neil Rajdev, MD

I am a general adult psychiatrist with experience treating a broad range of mental health

conditions and a particular interest in obsessive-compulsive disorder, student-athlete mental health, and mood and anxiety disorders. I take a holistic and individualized approach to care, beginning with curiosity about the unique biological, psychological, and social factors that may be influencing your well-being. While medication can play an important role in treatment, I believe meaningful progress often comes from addressing lifestyle factors such as sleep, exercise, and nutrition, as well as exploring interpersonal, academic, occupational, and other sources of stress in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

I recognize that each person brings their own lived experiences, values, and goals into

treatment, and I strive to partner with you in developing a plan that feels both effective and sustainable. During my residency training, I received extensive instruction in psychodynamic …psychotherapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral

therapy, and exposure and response prevention therapy. I thoughtfully integrate elements of these approaches into my work, tailoring treatment to best support your

needs.
