If I could give Dr. Neil Roberts, Vasile Oros, PA-C, and their entire team more than five stars, I absolutely would. Our son recently suffered a broken elbow, and from the very first appointment, we knew we were in the best possible hands. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care we received from everyone involved. Dr. Neil Roberts is an outstanding physician. He took the time to thoroughly explain our son's injury, the treatment plan, and what to expect throughout his recovery. He never made us feel rushed, answered every question with patience, and treated our son with genuine kindness and respect. His expertise gave us complete confidence that our son was receiving the very best care. I also want to recognize Vasile Oros, PA-C, who was absolutely phenomenal. When it came time to remove our son's cast and transition him into a brace, our son was understandably very nervous.… Vasile immediately connected with him, calmly talked him through each step, reassured him, and made him feel safe throughout the entire process. His patience, compassion, and ability to put an anxious child at ease were truly remarkable. As a parent, seeing someone care for your child with that level of empathy means more than words can express. The entire office staff deserves recognition as well. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, organized, and genuinely invested in providing exceptional care. It's clear this team works together to create an outstanding experience for every patient and family. I cannot recommend Dr. Neil Roberts, Vasile Oros, PA-C., and their entire team highly enough. Dr Roberts is thorough, professional and excellent doctor. He is conservative in his approach to treatment options, choosing surgical intervention only when absolutely necessary.

I went to Dr. Roberts after many years of suffering with knee pain and seeing several doctors. He was the most thorough, kind and best doctor I’ve give to. He explained everything well before surgery. All the pre op was very thorough and follow up appointments to ensure he was getting me back to where I need to be. I’ve had some issues and he’s been very diligent in getting to the root of the problem. He always sees me personally. His nurse Megan is also the very best! I highly recommend him!

I got my meniscus tear surgery done by Dr. Roberts and the whole experience was very smooth. He is very professional and clearly explained what he will be doing during the surgery. Even in the post surgery follow ups he guided me well. Very calm and listened to what my goals were going into the surgery.

Felt very relaxed in the office upon first and follow up visits. Not having ever had a major surgery Dr. Roberts quickly put me at ease with his patient and calm demeanor. He took his time to explain things and allowed appropriate time for conversation and q/a. 3 weeks after surgery I have been happy thus far.
