Dr. Neil Robert Selinger, MD

Unlike a good therapist, he spent much of our time describing himself. From his car problems to his personal life including a morally questionable action from his early adulthood. I couldn't hide my contempt for his contemptible actions. At the end of our final session and as I was walking out the door he glibly declared, "I know what's wrong with you. XYZ." Now, he clearly gave a diagnosis (not literally XYZ) and I vividly remember his words. They were designed to inflict harm. It took me years to trust another therapist and even more to piece together his pernicious practice.

Dr. Selinger is the psychiatrist I was searching for but thought I would never find! He is so smart and perceptive that he picks up alot of information with surprisingly few cues. He cares deeply about the quality of life of his patients and works for their success and happiness. He makes me feel safe and secure and he has changed my life where many others before him have failed because they either didnt want to or didnt know how to listen. Dr. Selinger is a true gem, precious and rare.
