Dr. Neil Peter Superfon, DO

I have been seeing Dr Superfon since he opened his Buckeye office and am very pleased with the level of service he and his staff give. They are very knowledgeable and caring.

I went to AZ derm for a biopsy on a suspicious spot on my eye, it came back as basal cell and i was scheduled for a MOHS procedure with Dr. Superfon. The day of my procedure everyone was really nice and I was sent home with a pressure bandage. When I took the bandage off the entire inside corner of my eye was sewn together and i looked like I had a lizard eye, the inside corner was now webbed. I have since seen a plastic surgeon and it's an entire other surgery to fix it. When I went back for my post op and to have the stitches out, there was not a dr in the office, the MA who removed the stitches agreed it was webbed and stated she was surprised they didn't have their plastics md close it after the procedure. If they have a plastics doc on staff WHY in the world would that not be offered to every patient to have their wounds closed, Especially if the wound is on the face?! I have to pay $1225 for a procedure that I'm going to have to pay a plastics doc to fix. I am so very… disappointed.

He's great and always does a great job!

The mini lift was a joke, still have jowels and the fat transfer didn't work either! Going to be asking for full refund. Dr. said to me ' Hey, you got a good deal so you got what you got' I was floored! he didn't bother to bring my file in room on last visit and didn't remember where he said he would do the botox at, claims he did 40 units buy can still move forehead. Got my invoice and even that's not correct! He is a jerk glad he is retiring should have a long time ago!
