The first time I met Dr. Gerig, she really listened to my challenging. Continuing to remind me that “we will get through this” it was so refreshing to see a doctor that would be willing to help me along this journey. It’s been a year since Iv been seeing this clinic and I am beyond grateful that they support and care about people. You will not be disappointed for choosing dr Gerig team on your journey to healing !

This woman refused to treat me because I asked her a question about my procedure. Then when the procedure helped she refused to continue treating me because she decided I needed trauma therapy that she had never heard of. Idiot and a half

Forced me to spend upwards of $10000 on her fancy therapist friend before she would treat me. I asked her a concern about a botox procedure and she decided i had too much anxiety. After she got mad at my physical therapist the day of the procedure and we were all on different pages, she was very upset with me that we made it to procedure day without being on the same page. Maybe because you disregarded an assesment you asked for, Nel? Once the procedure proved to be helpful, Dr. Gerig refused to peform any more procedures due to the miscommunication between her and my physical therapist. She did everything she could to run out of my appointment. I moved from chicago to denver for treatment and had the unfortunate displeasure of allowing this wretched woman to put her hands on me. I knew that in our first appt when she lectured me on medical cannabis usagethat she was a closed minded bigot. I now am traveling back to Chicago to see Dr. Sheila Dugan as Rush has greatly… expanded their pelvic pain program. For those of you who are still struggling, look into Ruah University in Chicago. I hate you Dr. Gerig. I hate everyone in the medical community with your demeaoner.there seems to be a lot of you idiots who think MD stands for Jesus Christ. I also hated that idiot Dawn Sandalcidi that referred me too you. Considering your career is almost over I doubt you will ever figure out what a bedside manner is. Its a shame, you could be a really great practitioner if you weren't such a bit*h. Thats probably why your office staff has been replaced every time I came in for an appt with you.

After visiting several doctors, for the second time (first was ten years ago) Dr Gerhic diagnosed Pudendal Neuralgia (in a man which is rare) and put me on the road to full recovery. I was at my wits end and in terrible pain, so lucky to have found her and her team!

Having already seen multiple urologist, she spent the time to listen and gave throrough explanation and diagnosis. She is a wonderful Dr. I traveled across the country to see her and it was well worth the trip. Matt Dewitt

Finally after 4 years I have found Dr. Gerig and Kary Wedell, her NP. They are both extremely knowledgeable, humble, and they actually understand the various conditions of pelvic region. I went to countless doctors, all of whom knew there was "something wrong." In one visit with Dr. Gerig and Kari, we identified what that "something" was and are now effectively treating it. WELL worth the 90 minute drive I make monthly to see them.

She truly cares for her patients and is amazing at identifying issues that cause pain and comfort.

She prescribed Ciprofloxacin for a bladder infection is 2013 while I was on a Valium titration. Ciprofloxacin was black boxed and conter indicated to use during a valium titration. I got a persistent yeast infection was put on nystatin. The yeast infection went away but I still suffer from constant internal pelvic and genital itching, neuropathy, aching joints and tendons and damaged mitochondria from Ciprofloxacin toxicity with no end in sight in 2918. Ciprofloxacin is now double black boxed by the FDA. It should never have been prescribed.

Dr. Gerig treated my father's rare form of cystitis. He was in his mid 80s and had been to five other urologists over two years The last before Dr. Gerig admitted to not being able to do anything more...short of "re-plumbing"...something he did not recommend. Dr. Gerig was a good listener, compassionate and thought "outside the box." Her treatment improved my father's quality of life considerably...gave him a new lease on life. Dr. Gerig was an attentive listener/excellent troubleshooter. Medicine was elevated from a science to an art. I highly recommend Dr. Gerig.
