Dr. Nell Louise Davis, MD

I've been going to Dr. Davis for many years, and she is wonderful, however, she has unfortunately surrounded herself with incompetent, mean, angry staff members. Most of the appointments made have been 45-60 minutes late, unless they attempt to reschedule after I'm already there. Her staff is incredibly rude and self-absorbed. I've overheard them talking badly about patients, who are within hearing distance, they have yelled at patients, and they have completely disregarded any input I have given them, as they ask questions, then cut you off. This shows they don't seem to care about the patients, and just want to rush on to the next. None of them bother to listen, but they certainly like to boss you around, and have very negative attitudes. They act as if you are inconveniencing them, when they are in fact, the ones that can't seem to ever keep to any sort of schedule. I would never want to leave Dr. Davis as she is wonderful, but I can only handle abusive and negative treatment… from her staff for so long. Dealing with her office leaves me questioning why on earth these people would have chosen to be in healthcare, as they lack all empathy, civility and above all, CARE in healthcare.

Am hesitant to tell the world what a fantastic doctor she is because I don't want her to get too busy with new patients! Has been my doctor for many years; when I myself was a new doctor (veterinarian) I learned so much from her about bedside manner and communication.

She has been my Doctor for over 20 years. I lost her for a few years but so happy to get her back. Her replacement was a great health care person but no one beats Dr. Davis.

Nell's accuracy in the treatment for my illnesses is perfect. The time she spends discussing possible alternatives for treatment and the follow up ( she calls herself) is excellent.I like her so much I adopted an animal and named it Davis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctor seemed in a hurry, on the point of rudeness. I was there for the 2nd time with an incorrect diagnosis. There was no apology or concern that the diagnosis was incorrect, and left me being a year behind in getting me to get some proper care....merely sent on my way to a specialist. I would NEVER go there again.
