Dr. Nelly S Vasquez

she did two fillings, both had horrid sharp edges that cut my tongue. even after she took a whooping 30 seconds to "fix" them the following week, they were aweful. i had to go to an out of network dentist to redo the whole fillings. she couldn't spackle a wall smoothly. both times she tried to bill the insurance company for a "bite adjustment" when she was just fixing her aweful work. the insurance company denied the re-bill over and over (the insurance company annoyingly sent me copies of the denials each time telling me not to worry - 7 times they tried to re-bill). this office is just trying to bilk the insurance system. its a motive to do shody work so they can attempt to rebill while your teeth suffer.

i filed complaint with fidelis on her damaging a tooth. nelly replied some unnamed dentist that does not work there saw me. unbelievable, i never saw anyone but her and this mystery person has no name but she knows they don't work there anymore. total fraud of a dentist (not to mention fidelis' no follow up to nellys bogus claim of an invisble dentist causing the harm), nelly is incompetent and a liar. doctors like these unfortunately are employed by obamacare. they could never earn a patient base with quality work and integrity. if you have good teeth and value them, i would not recommend her or anyone this office allows to work.
