Dr. Nelson Linchan Sang, MD

I've been going to him for probably 20 years now and hes always been fantastic although I wasn't thrilled when he moved to the large facility he is in now because it has become much more commercial lost and they seem to wanna shuffle patients through much quicker. But that being said my issues have never been with the doctors but the staff. I don't think I've ever gone there in 20 years and them billed my insurance correctly resulting in me getting a surprise bill later on. Years ago, I was in a cast and was havenant re wrapped after an office visit and the nurse who was the head nurse at the time was so lazy that she rewrapped my foot in the same bandage and Goss. When my fiance at the time asked her if that was acceptable she said it was because it wasn't an open wound however that bandage had been on for about a week and it was the summer. I am merely changed it when I got home myself. Now it seems the staff literally calls at 4:57 in the evening to give test results, tell… you they are abnormal and something is wrong and then tell you that they don't know any more information. I have now received 3 test results at exactly 4:57 p.m. I don't think it's a coincidence that all 3 of them were called and told to me at the exact same time or I missed them and had to wait till the next morning.

He totally go my diagnoses wrong!!! After seeing him multiple times, he had no clue what was wrong with me. My pharmacist altered me to the fact I should be well, but he was giving me the same medication over and over again, and I wasn't getting better. She advised me to see someone else. My new doctor immediately knew what was wrong and got me the help that I needed.

I had been in discomfort and pain for months. I went to my GYN thinking it was a female problem. After waiting for a month for an appointment he sent me for tests. I waited three weeks and finally had to called for test results only to be told everything was "OK". When I asked why I was still in pain if everything was "OK" she put me on hold for ten minutes and then told me to go to my PCP. I called Dr Sang's office and was taken immediately. He diagnosed me with diverticulitis in five minutes and treated me. His staff was and always is the best office I have ever experienced. They must love their jobs, because it is a good atmosphere which makes the patient feel at ease.

My loved one was left at a nursing home care facility with a level 8 pain for hours when Dr Sang was on call. Because it was in the middle of the night, DR Sang REFUSED to prescribe the usually prescribed dose of medication, leaving my loved one in excruciating pain and his nurse without an option. Dr. Sang yelled at the nurse, told her to not bother him in the middle of the night, to send my loved one to the hospital and then hung up...Dr. Sang should not be paid to be on call if he isn't going to be there for his patients and doesn't want to be disturbed for an ailing 100% disabled US Marine veteran and World Trade center survivor whom hasn't eaten in 6 mos. because of a gall bladder surgery gone bad.

He is GREAT! and it is usually because he HAS A GREAT STAFF.You guys are the best!!You have saved my mother and fathers lives.
