First follow up appointment I was called to reschedule about 30 minutes prior to the consultation, I had already taken my daughter out of school. I later called to rescheduled that appointment and when we returned at a later date, they did not have my daughter listed on the daily schedule. Another lost day of school for my daughter and another lost day of work for myself

Completely disorganized office staff. Took my son to the doctor and wasted my money and time. Had to call 4-5 times just to learn if they have received the lab results. Front desk don't answer calls or leave you on hold for 15-20 mins and then drop the calls. They DO NOT callback once they receive lab results to setup a follow-up appointment. If you call around 4pm, it goes to answering service even though front desk staff are scheduled to work till 5pm. They just forward the phone system to after-hour answering service. Haven't had such unprofessional doctor's office in my entire life.

We visited this doctor and loved the fact that he actually listens to you. He answered all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this doctor. He cares aboutthe patient's health.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF LEAVE PEOPLE ON HOLD GOT HANGED UP SEVERAL TIMES AND ALSO THEY ANSWER AND NEVER PICK UP AGAIN

Dr. Spinetti is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable and informative. He takes the time to answer any questions one might have. I will continue to take my patient there and recommend him to my future patients.

Both of my children, ages 4 and 1, are patients of Dr. Nelson Spinetti, we love him very much, He takes time to make sure my husband and I understand what he is telling us. He is very prompt and accurate on diagnosis. I will continue to let my children be patients of his.
