Dr. Nena Korunda, MD

If I could give Dr. Nena Korunda zero stars, I would. She is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I won't go back to her.

She used to be great but since becoming a mini clinic she sees patients only for annuals. Then she has no time to answer questions. There is no patient doctor relationship. Two people I referred to her have left or are looking for a new doctor.

The most intelligent and caring doctor! So happy to have her as my PCP.

1. Dr Korunda is only in Naples . She was angry when she came in, rude, inattentive and completely disinterested in my health. She never asked me one personal question. She read from her list only and said I didn’t answer quick enough. I said I was sorry, and that I was trying. She snapped , raised her voice and said , Try harder!” Now I’m 71 years old, I don’t want to be yelled at. I was scared. After a few more personal criticisms I stood up , said I was sorry for offending here & maybe I should just leave. She knew I’d driven sick hours to have this appointment with her. She responded with, “ That would be Good “. It was scary. These other reviews might be employees , I don’t know.. she’s building another entire floor , has another location to attract more doctors. Maybe she’s under stress..I have no idea what caused her to snap at me (over & over). Just know she is volatile ...I went for a virus. She never offered a COVID-19 test, but stated since I’ve had it for months it’s… probably just leftover immune response (and that this suffering is GOOD!) I left with no advice, no treatment...drove home for 3 hours still sick.

So relieved to finally have found a doctor like Dr Nena Korunda. She was friendly yet professional and so interested in my history and our plan going forward. Since my last PCP went Concierge 5 years ago, I have not found a kind enough doctor who seemed interested in caring for me and my chronic conditions. So glad now to have Dr K for my Internist.

I moved in Florida 5 years ago and I see Dr. Korunda for 5 years, as a patient. She is from Cleveland clinic, and she has excellent reputation through other doctors as well. She has this approach of traditional and alternative medicine. She is very personable and she is listening your concerns. ONLY downside, front desk!!!!

Dr. Korunda by far is the best doctor!. She is extremely caring and thorough. Spends a lot of time reviewing all tests performed and makes sure you are taking the proper medication and vitamins. She is the best in Naples and we are so lucky to have her take care of us.

Got billed for services i did not receive and also got charged a crazy amount of money that was way above any health insurance reimbursement. When i tried to talk with them about it, they turned me over to a collection agency for $100. Now collection agency driving me crazy

Very cold & not compassionate. Never calls back -- usually can only speak to a receptionist & occasionally a nurse. No empathy regardless of the situation. Overall very dissatisfied not only with her but her office staff which is just as disinterested as her. One exception is her nurse who is very pleasant but is limited in what she is allowed to do. Not someone you want to deal with if you are in a dire situation. Being a long-time patient has no bearing on her attitude.

THIS DOCTOR HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNERS...SHE ALSO IS ABRUPT,CONDISENDING AND EXTEMELY RUDE...SECOND VISIT ACTUALLY MADE ME CRY...THIRD VISIT I ACTAULLY WALKED OUT...I AM 60 YEARS OLD AND NEVER HAVE WALKED OUT OF A DOCTORS OFFICE IN MY LIFE..IM KNOW BEING CARED FOR BY ANOTHER DCOTOR
