The first time I walked in (Archer Office) I almost walked out. It does not have a welcoming environment, but I thought let me give them a chance. Glad I did. She's great. Passionate and caring doctor who takes the time with her patients, listens and asks a lot of questions to get to the root cause. I was however disappointed with their new patient paperwork. Absolutely blurry and unprofessional! I kinda got into a little argument with the receptionist because she could not provide me with a better copy and I couldn't see the questions. They totally need to work on the paperwork!

I feel sorry to give a bad review. I am a new patient trying to see a doctor stat (right away); recommended by co-workers. Her receptionist can't find me in the insurance system. Insurance (HUMANA) found me right away when I called them. Too bad, they lost a patient. I went back to my previous doctor even if I have to pay more money.

Dr. Nenita Irabagon is one of the most caring, precise, and professional doctors I've encounterd in years! I wish she had more hours at the Hickory Hills location or an office in Tinley or Orland. I'd love to have an office closer to my home. However, if not, she is one of the best and I don't mind the drive.
