Great service by staff and Dr. Onat

Started seeing the Doc 2 1/2 yrs ago, now I have read other reviews before hand and had second thoughts but followed through and I will not go anywhere else today. He may not always look in your direction when you speak but he DOES NOT MISS A THING and no matter how long it is between visits I do not know how he remembers everything from past visits, I'm 64 yo male, do not feel my age and he's a big part of this. highly recommend Dr. Onat to ALL

He is by far the worst PCP that I have been to. Anytime you go, he never, EVER listens to your problems and has his back turned on you during the entire time of the appointment. He constantly tries to push medication on you without even understanding what the issue is. The wait time in order to even be seen by him is eternity. His arrogance and sheer lack of knowledge is going to cost him good patients in the long run. I absolutely do not recommend a doctor who has no care for his patients but rather cares only about making a profit.

Seems to only spend time with turkish speaking patients, was generally dismissive about my concerns, will pitch you medications for unrelated issues that you havent even claimed to have. Very pompous,and has a tendency to go on vacation without alerting you beforehand, even if you're waiting for results on tests or scans. I made the mistake of going to him after a recommendation, (the person who recommended him no longer uses him either). Goodluck!

My review is for the Office Staff employed at Dr. Onat's office. She is unresponsive to faxes, messages are not delivered to doctor, ignores requests to have vital medication refilled, and has a rude, condescending tone overall when speaking to you. She even suggested that we see a different doctor closer by and to stop seeing Dr. Onat. I'm sure he would be thrilled to hear that his angry secretary is telling his customers/patients to seek medical help elsewhere. Great for business! If you want to deal with a world-class jerk of a receptionist/office staff then go and book an appointment.
