Dr. Nermin Hossam Tawfik

Dr Tawfik is terrible dentist. If you complain about bad she is she will ban you from the business. I have been going there for years and have never had any issues. She cleaned my teeth one day, was continually causing me pain, so I told her to slow down. She became frustrated but eventually finished cleaning my teeth. I came back 6 months later and had another hygienist clean my teeth without any issues whatsoever. She was thorough and took her time unlike Dr Tawfik. 6 months after I received a call for another cleaning. Upon arriving I learned that Dr. Tawfik had put notes in the system advising that she did not want to see me as a patient. Due to this I am unable to return. Complaining about someone and their terrible performance should not be grounds to ban someone from the business. Stay away from Dr. Tawfik. If you provide any criticism she will ban you from the location. Shame on you Dr Tawfik for your inability to be personable and receive criticism.
