Dr. Neshe E Gampel, MD

Very horrific experience with Dr. Neshe Gampel. Extremely unprofessional and unfortunately there was a violation that occurred in the office that truly and deeply impacted me.

Dr. walked in the exam room with an attitude .she was mean and rude to me .she has poor bedside manner. how she talks to patients is unacceptable and incredibly rude. she was not compassionate or caring .she spoke in a very angry and nasty way I left city MD devastated on how rude she was.

Dr. Gempel was extremely pleasant in the ER. However, her billing department is a piece of work. They didn't bill my insurance provider correctly and then they have the nerve to send me a bill four months later in the mail. On the phone they pretend that this is normal. Normal for idiots maybe.

I have been suffering with head pain for most of my life. I have seen so many doctors, only to be send away the same way I walked in....suffering in pain. I went to LIJ EM room and I am thankful he was there. In a matter of minutes after listening to me this doctor gave me a diagnoses and medication so that I can make it through the day. I thank him so much for what he has done.
