Dr. Nesly Dorcely

Dr. Dorecely has treated me, or mistreated me, multiple times in the emergency dept. at the Gila. He has discharged me, with a blocked nephrostomy tube, twice claiming that it wasn't, but he did not even look at it, he insulted me also, I filed a complaint with the nurse admin, the admin and another nurse saw the kinked line, did nothing, the second time, then two hours later, went two hours to Cruces, to get the emergency there to fix it. another time, a visibly dislocated shoulder, extreme pain, via ems, and he not follow protocols, did not order the correct xrays, and lied on the progress notes, as usual did nothing .The Gila has referred him to peer doctors for review. The Gila staff from front line to nurses make comments and express concerns that he treats other emergency patients the same way, malpractice, neglect and abuse, particularly the vunlerable, poor, idigent, troubled sick patients, with "metnal disorders" as he put in one of my notes, well I'm a psych crisis triage… emergency worker, designated examiner, and licensed in Utah, with 15 years experience, and Mr. Dorcely is the one with a mental disorder called sociopathy, lack of a human heart. The man should lose his license and not be allowed by the Gila to continue to harm, abuse, mistreat, neglect, myself and the other patients that they continue to retain hmi to and for to abuse said patients. It's a mandatory report in the state of NM to police and aging services to report, legally abuse of vulnerable adults, and if not, the admin, ceo and nurses, and risk management and patient advocte are all in violation a criminal charge of failure to report, because they know, they've acknolweledged, yet not taken appropriate and protective action to preven harm to patients. Lewis Earl Galway, M.Ed, CMHC, AADC, DE, SAP/DOT etc. patient abused by Dr. Dorecely more times than mentioned above. I better stop there before I express my true feelings and get banned from this forum for cussing.
