Too many reasons to go into but I feel that this office is all about slick marketing, surveys and fancy decor and not much substance. The front desk does not seem to be very professional and the same goes for the technicians. The whole visit was a disappointment and my tooth issue was sent elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dr. V always explains what he is doing and answers my questions. My former dental office would badger me to do procedures. Bonita Dental Arts explains options for preventative maintenance, shows me the price after insurance, and leaves me alone to make the decision, while keeping an eye out on the issue to make sure it doesn't become a problem.

Dr Villarreal is NOT interested in patient care. ð??? He is interested in a fast buck! Does NOT listen to his patients' concerns and denies his short comings and his own inexperience for the sake of the end result... making MONEY!! I have NO Respect for this guy at all! My suggestion is... Steer clear ð???

Very unprofessional and obviously money hungry! Does not put patients welfare before his pocket! Very disappointed! He should be ashamed of himself and the way he treats not only his patients but also his staff!
