Dr. Netra V Dudhbhate

I have been Dr Netra Dudhbhate's patient since 2014. My work scheduled only allows me to schedule appointment on Saturdays and has been very convenient for me. It is vers nice that they are open on weekends. I started coming here when they were in network for my dental plan. I have had multiple root canals, one extraction cavity. Service has always been good. I used to have anxiety with previous dentists but at this clinic staff and dentist are relaxed and never push to any specific treatment. Now I changed my dental plan. They are now not in my covered network, still I plan to stay with them. As they do not gouge me with any treatment plan.

AVOID!!!! Worst practice/admin in the entire world. AVOID!!! DO NOT LET THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IN ROCKLIN FOOL YOU. THIS PRACTICE IS GARBAGE. Their level of incompetency is unfathomable! To say they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE would be AN UNDERSTATEMENT. These people are down right cold hearted and evil. The thought of ever going back here makes me want to vomit. The treatment received and the people working there LITERALLY make me feel sick thinking about it. I know I sound dramatic, but it was a traumatic experience going here and I truly have anxiety just thinking about them. They are completely unorganized. Terrible with communication. Will cancel appointments to put other people in and will not tell you they cancelled until you show up. They never run on time and always double book. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC. THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. Barely speak English. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT WITH… THEM FOR YEARS BUT EVERY ENCOUNTER HAS HAD ISSUES. I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist in my life!! Go anywhere but here!!!! I would post negative stars if possible.

The overall experience is calm in quiet surrounding. Non stressful visit.

Worst dentist ever! Beware!
