Dr. Neva Marie Monigatti-Lake, MD

Dr Neva is ok, but trying to get to her through her office is next to impossible. They don't answer the phone and require you leave a message. But that doesn't mean they'll respond. If you want a doctor that you can get a hold of , don't go to her.

I was just treated absolutely HORRIBLY by Heather, Dr. Neva's scheduling person. We were looking to transfer over to Dr. Neva as my In-laws are patients and really like her. We left message on Friday and received a call back on Wednesday. Heather told me that Dr Neva wasn't accepting new patients, but that their Nurse Practitioners were. I asked her what the difference between a Doctor and Nurse Practitioner were and she literally told me to look it up. She was VERY rude about it. I explained my inlaws are current patients of hers and she may take us as a referral from them. Heather then refused to pass the information on to Dr. Neva. I asked Heather if she worked for Dr. Neva directly and she said yes. She then asked me if I needed her to explain it to me, said have a nice day and HUNG UP ON ME! I cannot BELIEVE how absolutely AWFUL this person was from the moment I picked up the phone! I've heard such lovely things about Dr. Neva. It's unfortunate Heather has no problem treating… potential patients with this amount of disrespect. Heather provided just abysmal service and is a terrible person to deal with.

I am elderly. I don't think you could ask for a more caring, diligent doctor. She is so very thorough and will always send you to the top specialists that you may need. She is in demand, so hopefully, she is taking new patients when you call.

I just love her! Been going to her for over 19 yrs.Neva delivered my son who is 18 now. Her staff is very good now, they are busy but polite. any WAIT time is worth it to be in this care.Awesome is all I can say and they take all thier own after hour calls.

Neva always makes me feel that I am the only patient she has. She is kind and caring and has always taken great care of me. However, her office staff is by far some of the worst I have had to deal with. They are unsimpathtic and do not listen.
