I was a patient of Doctor Bassaly's for over 6 years. I had finally had enough when she had no idea who I was after all these years and would constantly mix me up with other patients while trying to diagnose an issue I was having. She either has too many patients or spends her work days daydreaming about her next cruise she's about to go on. Be careful with your monthly medications you might need as she just drops everything and will randomly go on vacation for weeks at a time, leaving you with no way to get your "much needed" medications!! She doesn't even have another doctor fill in for her! If you call her office in need of an important prescription awhile she's on one of her vacations, the answering machine simply refers you to the ER! No thank you:(
