Dr. Coutinho's staff were wonderful in getting us an appointment quickly. the nurse was a little slow and in trying to put us at ease was folksy but, we wanted her to get on with it. JP the cardiac sonographer was great-explaining things so well. The Doctor spent enough time with us to make us feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing yet, was very efficient. My husband and I liked him very much and would recommend him to others.

He was a god send when my husband had his heart attack. We had no insurance and told us how to get insurance to help with the hospital cost and his cost. He has stood by and helped with my husband and all the after care. This is a big fate considering that my husband doesn't like doctors. If you need a heart surgeon he is the one to go to.

I found Dr. Coutinho to be a kind and helpful physician. I was referred to him by my family doctor because of some chest pain I was having and received an appointment within 24 hours. He asked me questions about my symptoms, family history and medications I was presently taking. He did an EKG and scheduled me for lab tests and a follow up appointment to review the tests and see if I need further testing. I was very grateful for his promptness and concern. With his help we have resolved the problem and I would very definately recommend him to others looking for a cardiology doctor.
