After our dentist gave me a list of oral surgeons to have my son's impacted wisdom teeth pulled, none were "in-network". After pulling up a list of those specialists that were in-network, there was a huge list, which is what feared. I did as much research as possible reading all reviews, when I noticed Dr. Coker had all positive comments. So I went with my gut and took a chance. Here's our experience to help you make a better decision. Located within a mile of Etowah and Woodstock HS, that was a plus. I think Dr. Coker also operates in Blue Ridge and Douglasville. The front office staff was average, and they even brought in a floor heater, when I mentioned that I was cold in the waiting room. Doctor Coker's assistants had a smile from the first visit until the last, were very attentive, and made sure we were well informed of the post operation care. Doctor Coker was very down-to-earth, explained everything in clear terms, and answered every last question my wife and I… could throw at her. They even contacted us, to let us know of an earlier appointment, since Christmas was fast approaching. The day of surgery, Dr. Coker personally called our house after the procedure to check on our son and never rushed me off the phone, as I had additional questions going into the long Holiday. She told me exactly where her schedule would put her the following week, in case we needed our son to be seen before our trip. In all honesty, she's the type of Doctor you feel like you've known all your life, instead of just meeting twice. Our follow-up visit was just as good. I only hope that she's still around for my other kids, in case the need arises to have their wisdom teeth taken out. There's a lot of anxiety in selecting a specialist you've never met, always fearing you'll make a mistake. I hope this extensive review makes your decision a little easier.

Dr Coker was the BEST oral surgeon I have ever been too. She pulled two teeth for me and I had NO pain afterwards. She is a magician! I highly recommend her.

Dr coker rcently done surgery on my 14 year old daughter to remove a cyst from her lower jaw. I cant begin to tell you how awesome she is. i felt very comfortable with her and her abilities and if i or either of my children ever need an oral surgeon again, i will def. go to her.

Made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me before she did anything! She was very kind and had a wonderful beside manner. I had 4 Wisdom Teeth removed, two were partialy impacted and I have had little to no pain after surgery and no swelling. She has to be one of the best Oral Surgeons in Georgia.
