Dr. Nghia Xuan Nguyen, MD

Unfortunately, his level of care has greatly diminished. I have paid for an office visit and ear wax removal for many years. He does not do a routine office visit examination (office visit code) yet charges for it, and instead, jumps into the ear wax removal (surgery code) and only examines one ear and not both before proceeding. No words are shared between doctor and patient. Instead a rushed ear wax removal in less than 5 minutes occurs and I have asked for more wax removal to no avail. I wish he would be complimentary in his services but I am limited with medical coverage in my area. The head office assistant is highly impatient and has provided incorrect billing figures table side and I have had to correct the figures with my insurance carrier on one occasion for adjustment. The level of care needs improvement as I continually visit this office for chronic and necessary quarterly routine ear wax removal.

Dr Nguyen was able to quickly identify my problems base on the symptoms. He examined me better than my own family doctor. He figured out what’s wrong and address the cause. He has all the equipment and able to properly show me t what caused the symptoms I have been experiencing and prescribed the correct medications.

I felt comfortable for the last Friday visited with this office and always trust to the Doctor for treating my sickness.

Knowledgeable and thorough. Cured the fungus in my mouth with the right medication. It went away in just a few day.

Call many time, but the staff is not available. The staff at the main office form doctor office is not respect and courtesy to patient.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed my dizziness as Meniere disease. I have been suffering from this for 6 months. He did the balance on me himself, not a technician. A technician did the hearing test. After a couple of weeks of salt restriction and water pills, I was good. Still struggling with dizziness from times to times. A couple of times, the office wait was a little long, but he was so busy ( a good sign I think.)
