She listened carefully to what I had to say, and explained everything so I could understand.

Ms. Njoku works in the Sleep Wellness Center. She was welcoming, and put me at ease immediately. She got the initial information she needed from my C-PAP unit and shared it with me, She kept eye contact as as she entered new information into the EPIC system. She told me about the process of getting a new unit, and that she wanted to see me in six weeks after I had been using it to be sure it was working to my satisfaction and hers.
