Dr. Ngu Thien T Nguyen, MD

This so called dr has NEVER seen my daughter, who has a disability, she has CP, a VP SHUNT which drains fluod off her brain, she has seizures also, we needed a CT Scan to check her shunt to make sure ot was and is working properly...this lady has NEVER seen my daughter, she ismt even in the same state as us, we live in MS, she doesnt even know my daughter exist...but yet she supposesly was the dr that reviewed my daughters paperwork to approve her procedure...to which this crazy lady Denied and deemed the scan was not medically necessary!!!! I would not let this lady touch my dog, if she doesnt know a shuntt malfunction could and can kill my daughter she doesnt need to practice anything...seems a neuro shouldve reviewd this request not some fast oace clinic dr wanna be...I and my lawyer are going futher with this matter and see if we can get things changed!! When politics and not caring about a patient comes before the actual care something is wrong!!! And yes her name is on the… denial letter we received, so we looked her up...and decided to write my feelings about the matter!!! I had to hit 1 rating cause it wouldnt let me put 0!!!

Dr. Nguyen is a nightmare. On multiple occasions she has messed up my medications, sent prescriptions to the incorrect pharmacy, arrives to appointments clearly having not even glanced at my chart, etc. The lack of care from her is shocking. Avoid at all costs!!

Dr. Nguyen takes the time to see me, listens to my concerns, asks thoughtful questions to determine the root cause of symptoms and the best treatment options, and overall has a great personality and bedside manners. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve encountered and highly recommend her.
