Dr. Nguyen Tien Young, MD

The doctor himself is okay and if it was just the doctor I was grading and not the office and the medical administration department, I would have gave a 3 star rating. The front office personal probably get a 2.5 star, the back office girl probably gets a 1.5. The billing department probably gets a 1 star because they file the insurance under wrong people and then they want you to pay the bill. I have a Medicare advantage health plan and it was paid as contracted, then they filed a co payment or another claim under another insurance plan which I do not have and it apparently messed up my medicaid payment or they are not able to accept such payment, and if so they should say so. Either way they are not professional in that way and you may get stuck with high bills if they cannot do their job as expected. Be weary of the office and he needs better people because the doctor himself is nice and considerate.

The front desk woman I talked to tried to tell me what I knew was wrong, even though I was right and she was wrong. Never saw the doctor.
