I am especially grateful that Dr. Vo wants to dig deeper into a medical issue that I have had for nearly 20 years. My previous medical team had given up on helping me find the source of my constant pain but Dr. Vo really wants to help me. I appreciate her frankness with me concerning my need for a particular medication and her willingness to refer me to a different doctor who might help me. Dr. Vo did not hesitate to refer me to a specialist that I need for sleep apnea and I appreciate not having to jump through hoops to get the care that I need and that I had with Kaiser in California.
