**BUYER BEWARE **If I could give negative 50 stars,then I would. I only went to Dr. Banks because she was close to my home (bad idea). If I had read the reviews prior to my surgery, I would not be in this predicament, but I digress. The whole surgery was a waste of money as I have seen absolutely NO results (notwithstanding swelling), in fact my body is now deformed. She clearly did not take enough (or ANY) fat and did a skin tightening that looked like my 3 year old granddaughter performed the surgery. I should have run in the opposite direction during consultation when she admitted she was not capacity of doing my thighs. To be frank, I am not your typical naive patient that can be sold a pipe dream. This is not my first rodeo,I am well-versed in plastic surgeon as I had perfection in 2019 by a stellar surgeon, but inadvertently choose location over competency (makes Georgetown not seem so far in retrospect)! So in regards to Dr Banks' condescending response to my concerns, I offer… the following rebuttal, " NO its not the swelling, why there is no noticeable difference, its your lack of skills why my body is a botched mess!" I now have to do major damage control to try to save my beautiful figure that is now mauled. Hopefully my lymphatic drainage massages and corrective work by my real surgeon can at least allow me to leave my home, without embarrassment from the permanent scars (mental and physical) and disfigurement. So NO, I am not coming back for follow-ups. If I took my car to the shop for an oil change and instead they seized my engine, would I bring it back for them to do more damage?? That would be insane. I wouldn't recommend this Dr to even the snake and rabid cat that lives outside in my yard!

It saddened me to have to write this review, but I think it’s crucial for anyone who is considering working with Dr. Banks. After my procedure with Dr. Banks, I had not heard from her. Yes, I heard from the nurse, and my follow-ups were with the nurse, but I never heard from Dr. Banks. I didn’t hear from Dr. Banks until I wrote an email to the spa manager letting her know how disappointed I was with Dr. Banks and how rude and Unprofessional she was. Rude and unconcerned is how I Describe Dr. Banks

This woman is only hungry fie money and doesn’t truly consider patients wellbeing. Do not get service from Dr. Nia Banks. She charged me 200.00 to speak to her unqualified medical assistant on a zoom call. Woman’s house looked a mess I suppose that’s why she needed the money. Don’t waist your time with this doctor or her staff.

When I first met Dr Banks her bedside manner was great. Three months after my procedure my body is lopsided deformed and square. When I went back expressing my concerns of disgust and unhappiness her true colors surfaced. Dr Banks made it clear that she can fix what she does not see and it’s not her problem “I don’t like myself” To add insult to injury my daughter accompanied me to this visit and pointed out to Dr Banks the unevenness of my body that she see and the response to her was “ if you see it maybe you should fix it “. She also went on to ask me “What you want me to do put the fat back “ I’m still in total awe about this unprofessional woman she will be dealt with in the most professional way so be ware !!!

This doctor had no concern for my well being. She allowed me to go home after a procedure while still under anesthesia. My husband was very frightened, thinking I would fully wake up shortly after arriving home, but I was in and out of sleep for hours after arriving home (mostly asleep). He called back to the practice, telling them he was very worried about me, and the person he spoke with was very dismissive, telling him I would be fine. Additionally, I also woke up once during the procedure in her office. Overall, my experience with this doctor was the absolute worst. I am so sorry that I selected her over another doctor. I would give her zero stars if I could. I could go on and on regarding my opinion of her, the fact that she literally discharged me from her office after a procedure when I was not fully awake, and would not acknowledge what she did when I confronted her at my follow-up appointment, but I am exhausted just thinking about the whole experience. Beware!!!!!

My experience with this organization and doctor has damaged my breast for life. The doctor misdiagnosed and falsely stated untruths in medical records about her care. If you have cancer I'd highly recommend you to find a new place and doctor.

Dr. Banks performed my breast reconstruction surgeries after my mastectomy. She is kind, thoughtful, and caring. She takes time with each patient to address all concerns and questions. With Dr. Banks, you get all the information needed to make the decision that is right for your situation. The results were absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier to be cancer-free and blessed with the artistry of Dr. Bank's reconstruction. I am confident and feel great post surgery. I am grateful to God for leading me to Dr. Banks and her exceptional staff of professionals. They make you feel like family and give that level of care. Thank you all.

Didn't enjoy her know it all attitude and rudeness. We started off in an argument . She came in and immediately told me my insurance wouldn't pay for my procedures. After working for the company for 17 years I tried to explain there are different policies... Anyway I went to WHC plastic surgeon and had my procedures done and paid in full. Done in a very good hospital with an overnight stay. She wanted to use a surgical center... Wouldn't let her operate on my dog!!!

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever had. Her bedside manner is horrible. She performed reconstructive surgery and messed me up. I'm now having have surgery to correct what she did by a very professional doctor with great bedside manner. He don't mind answering questions and spends time explaining. I would not refer anyone to her. She don't even deserve to one star I gave her.
