Dr. Nicholas E Boggs, DO

First visit we talked briefly and he listened to my heart. That was it. Never asked for a deep breath for lungs? Keep in mind I am 63 years old with health issues and have been to quite a few physicians in my time. I know what to expect. Made the mistake of a second visit six months later. This time checked heart and lungs. Nothing else, but did order bloodwork. He did not order a PSA test even though my previous test was borderline high? My next Dr, of course questioned why and ordered the test. You guessed it, now I have a cancer scare. Not impressed at all with Dr. Boggs.

love dr nicholas. boggs Newport mi., hes very caring, spends quality time with you, answers all your questions leaving there very satisfied. excellent to talk to, makes you so comfortable, the staff is wonderful, would recommend to everyone to go see for yourself how wonderful he really is.

I was very disappointed when Dr. Boggs moved from the Flat Rock office. The office staff here has something to be desired. LOTS of retraining or a complete overhaul of the front desk staff needs to be made. The girls don't know how to write down appointments properly, don't know how to call a patient when they forget to attach a school shot record and just shred it instead, get snippy with people when they walk back in five minutes later to get it instead of picking up the phone to inform the parent it was forgotten like MOST COMPETENT office workers would do. My entire family followed him here and because of this office staff, we are seriously considering finding a new doctors office simply because of the incompetency of this office staff. We LOVE Dr. Bogg's , but we will not be treated the way we are by that office staff.
