Excellent diagnostician and gives excellent advice. Always available which is a big plus. Responds quickly to text and telephone inquiries - even on weekends. Pleasant and caring demeanor .

I have had the pleasure of knowing and being a patient of Nicholas Carulli for well over 15 years. Yes he does joke and in my opinion is friendly not flirtatious, but his skill and expertise as a physician are second to none. You can't find a better doctor or doctor with more success in diagnosing and treatment anywhere else. In the end isn't that what you want in a Dr.? Confidence, Competence, Knowledge, Patience for their patients, Compassion, Careful diagnosis, Good advice for informed decisions regarding your care, successful treatment leading tp long term health and wellness? Thats what I want in a Dr., thank you Dr. Nick, my family thanks you for your excellent care you have provided us over the last 15-20 years.

Whoever wrote the negative review here about rude relatives and all must have gone to a different office than I go to. Everyone at Nick's has been great and I've been there while other patients are there waiting and in office and never seen anyone unhappy, of staff or patients. That said, there is some turnover but that seems pretty much true everywhere you go in healthcare these days. I started a firm, once upon a time, that has over 50,000 clients. I'm used to seeing a sliver of complaints from people who seem to have a very different experience than everyone else. That is usually, not always, more about that person than about the firm. I'm pretty sure the same must be true here with Nick's medical practice. I'd recommend Nick to anyone needing a general practitioner with a slightly more expensive service. ken fisher

I can't understand why some people rate Dr. Carulli with a score lower than at least 4 stars. We have been with him for over 20 years and we don't even consider moving because of the great care we receive from him.

Not a doctor you keep for long term or your priority is trust. If you develop conditions overtime he becomes less empathetic, rude, and appears to want to ease you out the doors. High turnover with staff so he hired family members. Unprofessional staff especially daughter- In- law who I was warned about. His son even works there! Staff has always been surprisingly frustrated and rude more concerned about having a good time in office at expense of patients. No worth the money and will not be coming back! dont believe reviews on MDVIP website

He is an average doctor. Mostly interested in selling his photos to his patients. Doesn't really listen to the patient, wants to look at blood work, prescribe meds, joke, laugh, flirt, and move on. Says he is friends with his patients but is only a "friend" during the appointment. Says he doesn't have time if you call him on it. gets angry easily and does not accept any responsibility for his part. likes to blame others. High staff turnover.

Dr. Carulli is very accessible and has a great memory for all his patients.

As a patient I notice a revolving door of medical assistants , it seems like a claimed superior clinic would be able to keep staff longer than6-12 months before they move on . It seems like I just get to know and trust them and they are gone .

Switching doctors to go to Dr. Carulli was the best choice of my life. He knows what he's talking about and gets to know you as a person.

Nick is an excellent doctor. Very intelligent and constantly updates his diagnosis and treatments with the latest information and medications. One of the very best doctors a consumer could possibly find. Very compassionate and understanding. - You can't do any better than Nick.
