I would give this doctor zero stars if I could. I was sent to the ER by my doctor after hours for extreme hip pain due to a labrum tear. Here is what happened: Heads up Grand Island friends. Should you EVER need anything for pain and find yourself in CHI Saint Francis ED, make sure your attending isn't Dr. Nicholas Cox. Even if your own primary doctor SENDS you to the ER for pain management, he will not help you. In fact, he'll tell you that "bouncing from place to place to score pain meds is highly inappropriate and you need to just deal with the pain." He'll then further tell you that your orthopedic surgeon is a "liar and could've prescribed you COCAINE if he wanted to, but he took the easy way out." And after you let him know you were given pain meds at this very ER by his CO-worker and fellow DOCTOR, he'll respond with, "Every doctor practices differently and he was inappropriate in his course of treatment for you." I'm so glad my Dad was with me to hear this man and witness his… treatment of me and complete disregard. He says I need to stay off my leg for 48 hours and I should feel better because it's, "just a musculoskeletal tear and not that big of a deal. Finding out his criminal record regarding minor girls and showing them sexually explicit photos and his arrest, is abhorrent and I'll never go back. CHI is wrong for hiring this monster.

He literally tried to lure two 5-year old girls with child pornography. I am baffled he is still allowed to be a doctor. Steer clear of this monster at all costs. Look it up if you don't believe me. Happened in Wilmington, IL.
