Dr. Nicholas Arthur Fiore, MD

Dr. Fiore and his team are truly exceptional when it comes to hand, wrist, and arm care. I have been a patient of his for many years, beginning with carpal tunnel treatment and most recently for severe tennis elbow. Appointments consistently run on time, and the brief wait is always followed by a thoughtful, attentive visit. Dr. Fiore listens carefully, thoroughly evaluates the issue, and explains every possible treatment option to help you move toward recovery. He is clear about what he would choose if he were in the patient’s position, and he reserves surgery only for situations where it is absolutely necessary. The onsite physical therapist is equally impressive—gentle, patient, and attentive to minimizing discomfort while explaining each step of the process. The front office staff, Claudia and Madicella, are warm, efficient, and incredibly accommodating, making scheduling and communication effortless. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Fiore and his entire staff. Their… expertise, compassion, and dedication have played a major role in helping me return to full function as quickly as possible.

I had carpel tunnel and nerve problem in my elbow ( I don’t know the medical term) where my arms would hurt and go numb. I was recommended by a friend to go to Dr. Fiore and was the best decision I made. He did the surgery for both arms and answered every question or concern I had. Everybody in his office is very nice and welcoming when I visit or call for what ever reason it may be for.

I broke a bone in my hand right before I needed to travel out of the country for a week. Dr. Fiore and his staff made room to see me and get me into a splint immediately. Dr. Fiore went over all my options explaining the pros and cons, and the treatment we ultimately decided on was painless, and I have full use of my hand again. Everyone at his office is friendly and knowledgeable, and Claudia especially went out of her way to make sure I was able to be fit into their busy schedule for my initial visit. I hope I never injure my hand like this again, but if I do, I'll be going back to Dr. Fiore for my care.

He informed me of everything to expect and I went into the process with the ability to make sure things went the way they were supposed to go. The aftercare was just as amazing. Every question I had was answered quickly and in a way I could understand. He didn't bog me down with too many doctors' terms, and when he did use them, he explained what they were and what they meant for me. His staff in the office are always so nice and helpful. I had an issue getting to an appointment and when I called them, they were able to slot me in later in the same day. They also were so diligent and patient in dealing with the VA. I'm sure everyone knows the horrors of dealing with that system, but they navigated it wonderfully and were able to get everything lined up so I didn't have to worry about anything when it came time for… surgery. I 100% recommend this doctor to anyone needing such services.

Dr. Fiore did an excellent job with my hand when I needed surgery to correct my fracture. I HIGHLY recommend him for any hand or wrist issues. The staff is very friendly and kind.

My initial encounter with Dr. Fiore was for treatment of "trigger finger". Dr Fiore's professionalism in all aspects of visit was off the charts. Non invasive initial treatment was done but unfortunately symptoms returned and out patient surgery followed. Dr. Fiore personally performed the procedure and I have had a 100% full no issue recovery. My visit today was for a nodule on my palm. Dr. Fiore diagnosed and we have in place a game plan to monitor at this time. Dr. Fiore's office staff also has played a huge role in my visits. All members, including Terry and Claudia, are professional and caring with all patients. The staff is a reflection of the doctor in a medical office and in this office it shows both ways. They are the BEST..!
