Dr. Nicholas Edmund Fohl, MD

He caused a lot of unnecessary health issues/ had a life threatening incident from not listening to me. I ended up in ER with Angioedema.... I had been reporting symptoms to him for months......he kept throwing pills my way.... never trying to figure out my pain. I was on two meds prescribed by him for years.... that were detrimental to my health. Beware.... I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Does not follow up well with critical illness

I have been a patient of Dr. Fohl's for over 20 years, and my kids became his patients as soon as they were born. I had to bring my young children with me for almost every visit, and he and the rest of the staff were always very good about that. He is always checking in on how the kids are doing and lets you know he really cares.

Have been a patient for many years with Dr. Fohl. Good listener and isn't quick to prescribe medication., for me this is a good combination

Dr. Fohl has been my Doc for the past 11 yrs, he has helped me with medical needs but has also been a major support while going through a difficult divorce and suffering from an eating disorder, he didnt know much about eating disorders back then, but he found out about them worked hard with me and got me healthy wonderful man, he really cares about his patients

My daughter recommended Dr. Nicholas Fohl when I moved to Indiana in 1996. I feel as though I'm taking to my best friend when I'm explaining what is wrong with me. One time I had to visit his office while he was out of town, and when he returned, he made a special call to me on the weekend to see how I was doing. Now that is an extra special doctor who cares.

Dr. Fohl has been my doctor for the past 23 years. I hope that he does not retire anytime soon! He always spends the time needed, and feels like you are just going to see someone you have known forever.
