I found Dr. "Nick" to be less of a listener and more of a talker during our appointments. Rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue to fully understand my condition, he made broad assumptions about my symptoms and overall health. The approach left me feeling unheard and misunderstood.Over the course of several months, little progress was made in identifying the underlying issues or providing an effective, comprehensive treatment plan. Despite my ongoing efforts to communicate my concerns and provide detailed information about my symptoms, I do not feel that my situation was thoroughly assessed or addressed with the care and attention it required.I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of support I received. I had hoped for a more collaborative and thoughtful approach to my care, one that prioritized listening, careful evaluation, and individualized treatment.
