Dr. Nicholas Kalayeh, MD

I had an appt on 4/7/26 to get preauthorization for an upcoming surgery. They excepted my insurance for my appointment and were setting up some tests for me and said they would call me back to set up the test appointment dates. I received a phone call on 4/14/26 saying the original testing place they were going to use would not except my insurance so they were going to send me to another location for the tests and they would call me back. I never heard back from them and I called the office back on 4/21/26 to check on where and when they were going to do the tests. They said they had not had a chance to check into it and would call me back. It is now 4/29/26 and they still have not contacted me to let me know where and when my tests will be done. This is time sensitive for me to prepare for an upcoming Surgery. I would not recommend This doctor just because of the very poor service and lack of follow up. I will now have to start over with a different doctor after I wasted an… appointment with Dr. Nicholas Kalayeh.

The doctor is very caring and explains everything and you can feel at ease with him he's very smart and I'm so glad I was referred to him

Best Heart Doctor that I have ever had, he did my Stents in Prescott Valley in 2013 & 2014 he take the time with his patient and explains things with you. He is a caring Doctor ?????. Sure miss him when he left Arizona and went to Nevada ??. Hope here comes back ????.

Dr Kalayeh is one of the best specialist I’ve ever met. He is very nice professional and patient. He took good care of my dad he was experiencing dizziness, he did a full cardiovascular check for him. I am so blessed to came across dr kalayeh

Dr. Kalayeh is the most caring, & considerate Dr I have ever seen. He has now left Prescott and I would like to know if he is still in AZ so that I could continue under his care.

I have seen two other cardiologist in his practice. my friend told me about him, that he is very smart and great doctor and he is similar to Doctor "house". So, I went to see him for second opinion. He was able to find and resolve my problem on the first visit. Because of him, I no longer need to take lots of medications. He is my cardiologist for life.
