I don't do too many reviews but I feel I should in this case. I recently had my first eye exam since I was a small child because I am 50 now and I need glasses. I was nervous about the whole process, especially having my pupils dilated, and I am nervous around medical personnel anyway. Dr. Norris was PATIENT. When he would change the exam lens I had to keep asking him to go back and forth so I could be sure which images were clearer and he never showed impatience. When the exam was done, he explained what issues I had and told me my options concerning corrective lenses. He asked if I had any questions and if I understand what he was saying. I thought he was really classy. I was seen by him just by scheduling an appointment at the clinic he works at but I will ask to be seen by him specifically in the future. Classy guy.
