Was being seen by other Dr the entire time! Staff is rude (except 3 MAs) had my kid going threw withdrawal like a junky cause they couldn't get the escript to work and they refused to check delivery confirmation. Had to go get paper script and had to wait 2.5 hours for that! The only reason I tolerate is because my kid likes him and cause I know some of the staff.

I truly wish I could give 0 stars. They never called me with blood test results. I called 3 times to inquire and was put on hold each time before I could even say a word. Each time I was on hold until I finally gave up (10+ minutes while I’m at work, couldn’t wait all day). I eventually just assumed everything was ok since they never called to let me know otherwise. Now a few months later, I’m leaving a voicemail in my 4th attempt to try and get a prescription refilled (“we never got the fax from your pharmacy” and “I’ll send it over right now”). This office does not care about its patients.

I met him at my parents appointment it was a great experience he does great with them my parents feel like family to him and all his employees. Thank you may the Lord bless you and yours

Worse doctor in the world!!! Seriously rude and doesn’t care about anything but money!! Starts out great and never does what he says he is going to do for you ever!! Front desk reception is great but behind the scenes is horrible!!

Doctor is good but the STAFF is the worst and their always changing. Almost never the same staff when going in for regular checkups for me it’s 3 or 4 times a year. And good luck trying to get a prescription refilled or a referral taken care of. ??

This was once a wonderful caring doctor. Now your lucky if he responds to his emails if you call and the receptionist sends one. Prescriptions take days to be put in. If you have trouble with your asthma they will not make it a priority and have you wait until the nearest open appointment which is normally weeks out. You will not even hear from the doctor over the phone. They say it takes 24 to 48 hours for a response from the doctor..... try not response at all. So disappointed in this doctor. He once has so much compasyand listened but once you’ve been going a while you no longer mean a thing. Just another pay check.

At first seemed somewhat caring, albeit just repeating another Mclaren Physicians incorrect diagnosis. Staff extremely rude, left hanging when there was an office fire, then off sick, I said something to the hosptital about this, and received nasty letter dismissing me as a patient. Did the same thing to a neighbor who was left hanging and had the audacity to confront the rude staff, and got the same letter. Something not right in that office.

Very caring doctor who actually listens

First year was excellent Doctor. Seemed to care. As of late, no meds being called in. No test results have been told to me. Important ones too like heart issues. Was told "be my guest" when making a joke about his choice of schools ad joking I'd need new dr. Instead of addressing issues they choose to ignore you and your needs as a patient.

Waiting over a month for Dr to refill prescription for medical supplies. 4 Calls and get different person each time and have to explain what I need all over again. They say they will call back and never do. This has happened more than once, and I am on hold for lengthy periods of time. A do tor’s staff can make or break his clientele. If they don’t improve I will be looking for a new doctor.
