Dr. Nicholas James Parziale, MD

I read these comments and they just baffle me. He has such good analytical hard skills, very through and I don't go see my doctor for his soft skills. I found him to be one of the best neurologist I saw and I have had cervical spine condition and surgery. Very through in testing and accuracy in diagnosis, thats all I need from a neurologist.

He spent plenty of time going through all possibilities with me. Highly recommended.

I think Dr. Parziale and his team are the best I've seen. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. He has spent so much time trying to find out what is wrong with me and I trust he will. He is kind and you can tell he truly cares about all of his patients. He is a 5 star Doctor!

My local Neurologist in Orange County referred me for a second opinion to UCLA Neurologist to confirm care/ treatment he was giving me based on his diagnosis. I went to the UCLA appointment with 2 MRI's showing the problem, EMG test also reflecting the problem and my symptoms that also reflected the problem. I was in the waiting room for 1 hour and 35 minutes before Dr. Nicholas Parziale came in. Then he tried to re-diagnose my problem. Stating my pain was scare tissue from surgery 1 yr ago, the MRI he wanted his radiologist to re-read and he does not go by the EMG for giving a diagnosis. What, are u kidding me? My response my local neurologist already diagnosed my problem. Did you read the MRI's provided? They were on different days read by different Radiologists in Orange County. He responded I'm glad you are confident in your current doctors care but he wants to have the MRI's read by UCLA radiologist and he would call me. Well it's been 7 business days and… no follow from Dr Nicholas Parziale's office. I just called his office they are sending him a note as to the status of my appointment. I don't recommend this physician to my anyone! There is no excuse for delay in seeing patients, he doesn't listen to the patient and he lacks experience to properly handle patients.

Not sure about his background but has no professionalism or understanding of how to deal with patients who have terminal illnesses. Came for a 3rd opinion and he had no sensitivity towards the patient and severely deteriorated his confidence and emotions. By far the worst doctor to be in this field taking on terminal disease patients.
