Dr. Nicholas Richard Pitha

This goes back to 1994 and 1995. I needed a lumpectomy on the same breast twice. The first time I was "knocked out" and things went smoothly as far as I knew. I awoke and had a 2 inch cut sutured above my right breast nipple. In 1995 I needed another lumpectomy. This time I was only given a local. When Dr. Pitha began to cut I could feel everything! They injected another local and waited about 2 minutes. Again he cut and again I felt the pain. I guess he was in a hurry. He had cut through the scar from the previous surgery, removed the lump for biopsy. The incisions had cut the muscle of the right breast so deeply that my right breast was visibly located about 2 inches lower than my left breast. After years of embarrassment I had reconstructive surgery done by a specialist to correct the issue. Would I recommend Dr. Pitha....absolutely NOT!
