Dr. Psimos is the son of a first generation Greek American, Harry and his mother Demetra, whose birthplace was in Athens, Greece. He is married and is blessed with three beautiful children. He was raised in Northwestern Indiana after attending Indiana University and Loyola School of Dentistry; he received his Oral and Maxillofacial Certificate from the University of Chicago.
Dr. Psimos has lived in Rochester, MN since 1991 after purchasing the practice from Dr. Robert Gores. Dr. Gores was the first private Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Southeastern MN establishing the practice in the late 1960’s. Dr. Psimos and his staff specialize in the removal of teeth, removal of impacted (embedded) teeth, surgical exposure of impacted (embedded) teeth for orthodontic treatment, treatment of oral pathology and dental implants. Dr. Psimos is a Basic Life Support instructor, and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life …Support. Dr. Psimos is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
