Dr. Nicholas Ranson

Surgery results were positive but I was not given adequate information regarding the procedure, was given shots on my eyelid with no warning, and had no idea post op would be so painful. I would try another surgeon and office staff rather than use this group although I do use Spokane Eye Clinic for regular exams with another on site doctor.

Rude Doctor “too busy.” FYI Dr we are all busy if we work in health care (which I do). There is no need to be rude to your patients. He is not in the job bc he cares. Only for the glory of his success. If your results aren’t perfect which happens to us all his patient is the problem. Could never be him. No apologies EVER! Even if talked to by staff.

I went to see Dr. Ranson and he is a good Doctor from what I could tell. But, his manner is aggressive and intimidating. He doesn't have a mild mannered way of dealing with a patient. It is really important how a patient is made to feel after leaving their Doctor's appt.

I do not so reviews but after reading some of these I had to comment. I have friends that have gone to other surgeons for same procedure and I must say I had the best results. I felt he took his time explaining what was going to happen, recovery etc. I never felt I was less than equal during appointments and he was wonder full at answering my questions. I would refer everyone to him.

Dr. Ranson is professional and answered all my questions. The staff in the surgery center are amazing. Dotty, my RN was so comforting and kind. No complaints. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranson.

My sister is distraught, emotionally damaged by this Dr. Ranson he told her to get over it. I hope no one every is victimized by this Doctors horrific insensitivity. I am enraged that this doctor is allowed this form of mental verbal abuse toward his patients. I don't know what was worse the diagnosis or the intense mental abuse that my sister received from Dr. Ranson.

He has help me get through so many surgeries that have changed my life in so many ways so greatful and always does an amazing job

I was talked down to as if I were a child both times I had an appointment. I am an emergency medical professional and if I talked to patients the way he talked to me, I would have been fired. Very unprofessional.
