Nicholas Smith

I am diagnosed with dysautonomia and having a flare with other symptoms that may be part of an autoimmune disorder (I am currently in the process of obtaining an official diagnosis). Went to the ER with throat tightness amongst other symptoms because my cardiologist advised me to. Dr. Nicholas Smith told me he didn’t think I was having an allergic reaction, when it is documented by my Dr that I did yesterday and these symptoms could be a continuation of that reaction. I was also told that “nothing was medically wrong with me” when all he did was blood work. I was sitting in the ER for almost 6 hours to be smugly dismissed when having symptoms related to what I am diagnosed with. He showed zero empathy and treated me as if I wasn’t worth his time. A really sad experience overall. My symptoms were not addressed and still active when I left.
