A little discouraging due to the fact they said I needed to get my Hepatitis B shot when they were TOLD 2 - 3 visits BEFORE that I had the series shots. I had even told the doctor for each of those visits that he was provided the paperwork I PRINTED off from my previous doctor in Ann Arbor and signed a release of information as well. Made me wonder how much they were getting back from the insurance company and that was why he did not look into the system any further. It took the nurse at this last visit to find the information after I continued to complain to her that I took the time to print off the info and provide it to the doctor. She FINALLY FOUND THE INFORMATION THAT I ACTUALLY DID HAVE MY HEP B SHOTS!!!!!!!

Was supposed to have an ekg for up coming eye surgery...Dr. Did not do it, said not necessary..then day before surgery was called & told to come back to office to have ekg..that meant 60 mi. Drive for 5 min. Procedure & 60 mi back home !!
