Dr. Nicholas Geoffrey Strange, DO

Ewe! What a baaabeee. This DO is an abusive narcissist who cannot contend with patient self-advocacy. His response was to personally attack me -instead of focusing on my medical needs. Do not let this person help you...he is working in the wrong state and the wrong area to be engaging in the kind of behavior toward minorities that he clearly demonstrates. Bad news. If you encounter this business from him...definitely report it to his superiors. This is not okay.

This person has significant behavioral concerns which affected my care. He failed to believe the patient and refused to read the documented medical history where he could have understood the diagnostic validation documented by multiple clinicians. He behaved like a narcissistic teenager when I questioned his logic and later lied (no proof) in his written documentation. Do not allow this person to treat you. He is NOT emotionally okay.

Visited him a few times. Not too impressed. My son has a mental health concern and Dr. Strange behaved toward him in the most paternalistic manner. I think the real baby in the room was Dr. Strange. My poor son did not deserve his "attitude".

When i moved to Petaluma, I was assigned to Dr. Strange by my insurance company with the understanding that if I didn't like him I could pick another doctor from the list. From the beginning, I liked his bedside manner. He listens and he cares. Then he quickly cured a wound on my foot that was refusing to heal. Then he discovered an abdominal aneurysm that had gone undetected by previous doctors. He sends me messages to explain the results of tests. And continues to be kind and caring. He's the best internist I've ever had. Period.

Very short meeting, hadn't read my chart, misdiagnosis: these are the reasons I refuse to see him.
